Injective Gains SEC Registration as Transfer Agent

Injective Institutional Services has secured effective registration as a transfer agent with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This registration enables the affiliate to maintain securities ownership records and process changes in ownership.

The company plans to pair this service with Injective Mint, its tokenised asset platform, for seamless issuance and management of tokenised assets.

Injective Institutional Services filed an application with the SEC in July, according to Cointelegraph. With this registration, Injective expands its services to include digital asset treasury companies, equities, and pre-IPO shares.
