Institutional Bitcoin ETF Inflows Surge Past $626 Million in Three Days
Institutional money is flowing back into Bitcoin at a rapid pace, with US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs taking in $244.4 million on Wednesday alone, capping three straight inflow days worth a combined $626 million.
The run started on Monday and built through the week, with Tuesday's session bringing $211.5 million in net inflows. The concentration of these flows is notable, with BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust taking $479 million of the three-day total, lifting its cumulative net inflows to almost $61 billion.
The influx of institutional money comes as risk appetite improved across traditional markets at the start of the month, and regulatory changes may be opening bank liquidity to the asset class for the first time. This structural change would matter far more than any single week of flows.
