Institutional Capital Flows into Crypto Market Reach $6.7 Billion
Institutional investors have begun to redirect their capital towards crypto assets, injecting a total of $6.7 billion into the market over the past 30 days, according to data from BIT, a cryptocurrency options trading platform.
This influx of capital marks a significant shift in market dynamics, as the market has returned to a net buying trend after experiencing a net capital outflow of approximately $13 billion in June.
BIT's calculations are based on the sum of Strategy's Bitcoin purchases, net inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, and new stablecoin issuances. This combined assessment suggests that institutional capital is beginning to return to crypto assets.
