Institutional Demand for Bitcoin Hits $400M Amid Market Volatility
Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin Trust has reached $400 million in cumulative inflows, indicating institutional demand for the asset. This comes despite daily outflows of approximately $240 million, which suggests near-term demand remains uneven.
The divergence in demand emerged as Bitcoin traded below the psychological $65,000 level, leaving investors questioning whether institutional demand could provide enough fuel for a recovery.
On-chain indicators suggest that the market may still have room for an upward move. Miner transfers to exchanges fell to 968 BTC, their lowest monthly reading during the observed period, which could reduce immediate selling pressure and give incoming demand greater influence over Bitcoin's price.
