The Virginia Retirement Systems ET Al investment firm has made a new $2.57 million investment in Coinbase Global, Inc., acquiring 17,551 shares of stock during the second quarter.

This is not an isolated incident; other hedge funds have also recently invested in Coinbase Global, with Palisade Asset Management LLC buying a new position valued at about $29,000 and MV Capital Management Inc. acquiring a new position worth approximately $27,000.

These investments reflect the growing interest in cryptocurrency and digital asset platforms among institutional investors. However, it's essential to note that 68.84% of Coinbase Global's stock is currently owned by institutional investors and hedge funds.
