Institutional Investors Pour Over $170M into XRP Spot ETFs

Ripple's XRP has seen significant institutional investment through spot ETFs in recent months. The seven U.S. spot XRP ETFs now hold a combined total of 994.74 million XRP, backed by cumulative net inflows approaching $1.51 billion as of mid-August.

According to the data, these ETFs posted their best week since May, pulling in $39.78 million in net inflows, including an $18.38 million single-session print.

This trend suggests that institutions are building their positions in XRP through these spot ETFs. One institutional holder reportedly carries $86.5 million spread across five separate XRP funds, according to Q2 filings.
