Institutional Investors Signal Accumulation Ahead for XRP
Top XRP trader Anna has highlighted a significant difference between institutional and retail investor behavior in the altcoin's recent market decline. While XRP fell to $1.08, its lowest price in 19 months, institutional investors continued buying the asset even as many retail traders sold their holdings amid growing uncertainty.
Anna pointed out that during the same period, XRP investment products attracted $132 million in institutional inflows, the largest amount recorded among all altcoins. This demonstrated that major investors were increasing their positions while many smaller investors chose to exit the market.
XRP's subsequent rebound saw the cryptocurrency recover to around $1.15 after reaching its recent low. Anna noted that this price movement could indicate a recovery from the $1.08 level is already underway, although she did not claim that a larger uptrend has been confirmed.
