Interactive Brokers Expands Crypto Offerings with SOL, XRP, ADA, and DOGE
Interactive Brokers has expanded its cryptocurrency offerings by adding four new digital assets to its trading platform. The company, which began its foray into crypto three years ago with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH), now includes Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), and Dogecoin (DOGE).
Eligible clients in the U.S. and the U.K. can trade these new assets 24/7 through the same interface used for traditional investments such as stocks, options, and futures.
The firm has partnered with Zero Hash and Paxos to provide the necessary infrastructure for cryptocurrency trading without directly managing blockchain operations.
Interactive Brokers offers low commission rates ranging from 0.12% to 0.18% of the trade value, without additional fees or spreads.
