ION Teams Up with Coinbase for Real-Time Event Contract Clearing

ION, a global leader in trading and workflow automation software, has partnered with Coinbase to support Kalshi's event contracts. The collaboration allows for the creation, resolution, and settlement of event-based contracts in real-time.

XTP, ION's flagship solution, provides a fully automated platform for event contract clearing. This partnership enables Coinbase to confidently execute and process event contracts without disrupting existing operational processes.

The XTP solution offers real-time contract design capability, onboarding of tens of thousands of accounts per day, and fully automated 24/7 processing. It also allows Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) to run event contracts alongside existing ETD and cOTC business in a single solution.
