Israel Threatens Iran with 'Full Force' Retaliation Amid Crypto Sanctions

Share

Israel has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that it will 'attack them with full force' if Tehran fires missiles at the country. This threat comes after an Iranian missile interception and amid repeated ballistic missile and drone attacks launched by Tehran toward Israeli targets in 2026.

The warning is not the only consequence of Israel's actions against Iran. On July 1, 2026, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz signed sanctions targeting 37 crypto wallets linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), valued at over NIS 24 million ($6.5 million).

These sanctions aim to reduce liquidity for certain trading pairs or corridors by requiring exchanges and compliance teams worldwide to implement additional screening. This move could have significant implications for the crypto market, particularly if other nations follow suit.
