Kalshi Powers Up Prediction Market Data with DoubleZero Feed
Kalshi, a prediction market platform, has partnered with DoubleZero to distribute its real-time order book data. The feed will cover sports event contracts and crypto perpetual futures, including Level 1 and Level 2 data.
The deal is based on the idea that better markets are built on better connectivity. Kalshi's Head of Institutional, Andy Ross, said in a statement: 'The firms participating on Kalshi today are increasingly the same top-tier names as those in traditional markets.'
DoubleZero CEO Austin Federa emphasized the difference between their multicast system and previous approaches: 'Previously, a firm wanting a production-grade view of the book built it. Now it's a subscription: buy access, run one install command, and the data arrives in a format software can consume directly.'
Kalshi will waive its share of subscription fees for the first year. DoubleZero Edge uses a fiber network to deliver machine-readable data that firms can use for pricing, hedging, and automated trading.
