Kazakhstan Sets Up Crypto Monitoring Center Amid $10.6 Billion Transactions
Kazakhstan is setting up a National Cryptocurrency Analytics Center to monitor digital asset transactions. According to Timur Suleimenov, Chairman of the National Bank, the center will analyze both fiat and cryptocurrency components of transactions, as well as client information, wallets, and transaction data.
The center will be integrated with the National Bank's Anti-Fraud Center and provide verification tools for banks, law enforcement agencies, and licensed digital asset providers. This move comes after Kazakhstan reported $10.6 billion in digital asset transactions earlier this year.
