Kenya has made a significant leap in e-certification efficiency and trust by anchoring over 15 million academic records on Avalanche's blockchain network.

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) undertook this initiative to transform traditional certificate verification processes into an instant, tamper-proof system.

The legacy system for verifying credentials often delayed verification for months and left room for fraud through counterfeit or spoofed certificates.

Avalanche's high-performance Layer 1 blockchain enabled KNEC to digitize and anchor these records, offering verifiers instant access through a secure online portal.
