A group of investors from various countries has filed a lawsuit against London-based Kingsway Capital Partners and its owner, Manuel Stotz, alleging that they siphoned millions of dollars from a $558 million investment in Toncoin, a cryptocurrency. The plaintiffs claim that the defendants received 'millions of dollars' in 'sham payments' under an arrangement not disclosed to the investors beforehand.

The lawsuit, filed in New York, represents entities from the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Ireland, and the United States who contributed $40 million to the Toncoin investment through Nasdaq-listed TON Strategy Company. The plaintiffs are seeking damages for their alleged losses.

TCIM Master Fund Ltd., TCIM Opportunities I Ltd., Brown Cayman I, and Blockchain.com (Cayman) Ltd. have been mentioned in relation to the directors listed in the Cayman Islands.
