Kiyosaki Reiterates Call for Investors to Buy Bitcoin Amid Monetary Debasement Concerns
Robert Kiyosaki, author of 'Rich Dad Poor Dad,' is advising investors to buy Bitcoin due to his concerns about monetary debasement and inflation. He believes that financially educated people who acquire assets like gold, silver, real estate, and cryptocurrencies will be better positioned to protect their wealth.
Kiyosaki argues that the US Treasury's latest measures are a form of quantitative easing, or 'printing fake money.' This, he claims, will lead to a weakening dollar, fuel inflation, and punish savers who hold cash.
In June 2024, Kiyosaki predicted that Bitcoin would reach $350,000 by August 25 of that year. Although this prediction did not materialize, he has since raised his long-term targets, stating that Bitcoin could surpass $1 million by 2035 and potentially as early as 2030.
Kiyosaki's views on Bitcoin have been met with criticism due to his track record of making bullish forecasts with shifting deadlines.
