Kiyosaki Sticks to Bitcoin Amid Dollar Worries
Financial expert Robert Kiyosaki has once again urged investors to buy Bitcoin and other assets he believes will protect wealth from inflation. In a recent post on X, he linked his call to concerns about the value of the US dollar.
Kiyosaki recommended adding gold, silver, and selected property to one's portfolio as hedges against inflation. He also referenced the Treasury's bond buybacks, describing them as 'a new round of quantitative easing.'
However, it is worth noting that this characterization of the Treasury's actions may be misleading - the programme is a debt management tool and not quantitative easing by the Federal Reserve.
Bitcoin has recently seen significant price appreciation, gaining over 20% in the past week. It traded near $76,000 on August 23rd after reaching almost $79,500 just two days prior. The cryptocurrency's price was $77,668.82 at the time of reporting.
