Korea's Top Exchanges Unleash Wave of New Listings
South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges Upbit and Bithumb are expanding their offerings by listing new digital assets. Upbit will add Conflux (CFX) to its trading platform, allowing users to buy and sell the token against Korean Won (KRW), Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The deposit and withdrawal operations for CFX will be enabled 1.5 hours after the announcement, while spot trading is scheduled to begin on July 31st at 16:00.
The listing of Conflux on Upbit marks a significant development for the Layer-1 blockchain project, which aims to provide scalability, security, and decentralization through its unique Tree-Graph ledger structure. Conflux features a hybrid consensus mechanism combining Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS), as well as two different execution environments: Core Space and eSpace.
Bithumb is also launching a KRW trading pair for Gravity Token (GRVT), which will be supported on the Ethereum network. Deposits and withdrawals for GRVT will be enabled within two hours of the announcement, while spot trading will begin on July 31st at 2 PM. The reference price for GRVT has been set at 346 KRW.
