Kraken Brings US Stocks to European Investors via Regulated Share Dealing

European investors can now access over 7,000 US-listed stocks through Kraken, alongside more than 600 crypto assets and tokenised equities. The regulated share dealing service is available to eligible customers through Kraken Pro on desktop and mobile, as well as the Kraken app.

According to Mark Greenberg, chief commercial officer of Payward Europe Digital Solutions, this launch eliminates the artificial divide between traditional and tokenized formats of the same asset. With US-listed stocks and xStocks available side-by-side in a single regulated account, customers can choose how they access the same underlying exposure.

Kraken plans to expand the combined equities service into additional markets in the coming months. The products have generated more than $39 billion in total transaction volume since launch.
