Kraken Celebrates 15 Years with ETH Giveaway

Kraken is celebrating its 15th anniversary by giving away ETH to its clients. The exchange, which was founded in 2011 and listed ETH for trading back in 2015, will draw 15 winners who each receive 15 ETH, totaling 225 ETH. To enter the sweepstakes, users must enroll first, then trade eligible markets during the designated period of August 5 through August 31, 2026.

Every dollar traded earns one entry into the sweepstakes, with a maximum of 1 million entries per person. However, certain types of trades, such as derivatives and margin, do not count towards entries. The sweepstakes is open to eligible clients across most of Kraken's markets, excluding a handful of countries and US states.

The winners will be chosen at random after the designated period ends, and will receive their 15 ETH prizes shortly thereafter.
