Kraken is experiencing its second major funding issue in recent days, leaving users unable to withdraw their funds from 23 services. The exchange first reported the issue on September 8, citing degraded performance across its funding infrastructure.

The affected services include Akash, Cosmos, Celestia, and dYdX, among others. Kraken's status page did not provide a full list of impacted assets or a concrete resolution timeline.

Despite the issues with withdrawals, core trading functions on the exchange remained intact, allowing active traders to continue placing orders without interruption.
