Kraken's 21 Token Deadline Looms: Withdraw Now or Risk Near-Zero Payouts

Kraken, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, is entering its final stage of delisting 21 tokens that no longer meet its internal performance or compliance standards. The deadline for holders to withdraw their assets from these tokens is August 27 at 14:00 UTC.

The affected tokens are AURA, BIT, BOND, BSX, FARM, GARI, K, KET, KINTO, LOBO, MOON, MV, NYM, RAIIN, RHEA, SAROS, SDN, SPC, SPICE, TEA, and TEER. Trading and deposits for these tokens were halted on May 29, but withdrawals are still available until the deadline.

Kraken warns that some of these tokens have limited or inactive markets, increasing the likelihood of poor execution prices during liquidation. If liquidity is insufficient, some balances may generate minimal or no proceeds.
