KuCoin Delists 25 Tokens, Withdrawal Deadline Set for October 7
KuCoin has announced that it will delist 25 tokens from its platform by September 7, 2026. This means that trading for these tokens will be halted on this date. However, holders of these tokens still have until October 7, 2026 at 8:00 UTC to withdraw them.
The affected tokens are mostly small projects, but include some notable ones such as AUDIO (Audius), WAXP (WAX blockchain), and MTRG (Meter Governance). KuCoin cited its Special Treatment Rules for this delisting, which places projects under observation when certain metrics break down, including persistently low trading volume.
Holders of these tokens should note that the withdrawal deadline is absolute, and it's not guaranteed that they will be able to withdraw their tokens if a project team restricts activity on its own chain. The exchange also notes that withdrawals can fail due to a project team restricting transfers or block production.
