KuCoin Whales Hold Massive Leveraged Short Position on Bitcoin
A large investor has taken on an enormous short position in Bitcoin (BTC), with a leveraged bet of approximately $13.47 million.
The investor, known as Trader-DoshiAtoll, placed a 40x leveraged short position of 198 BTC, which is valued at around $81,000. This means that if the price of BTC were to rise past this point, the investor would face significant losses.
In fact, the trader has already suffered substantial losses in recent days. According to Ai Yi monitoring, Trader-DoshiAtoll stopped out a 100-BTC short position earlier today, resulting in a loss of approximately $1.335 million. The lowest entry price for this short was $67,338.10.
The trader's current short position has an unrealized loss of about $2.514 million and has accumulated total losses of around $5.91 million over the past 30 days.
