KULR Extends Equity Offering Pause to Focus on Non-Dilutive Funding
KULR Technology Group has extended its pause on its at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program through September 30, 2026. The company plans to prioritize non-dilutive funding methods, including the potential sale of its Bitcoin holdings, to support operations and growth initiatives.
The decision comes as KULR focuses on scaling its KULR ONE products for space, defense, and AI data centers. The company is targeting five core markets with significant growth projections, including the low-altitude economy, AI data center backup, Energy as a Service, robotics, and space & defense.
KULR reported progress in its first quarter, with revenue nearly doubling year-over-year and product sales growing sharply. The company noted that gross margin expanded and operating expenses decreased, indicating early signs of operating leverage.
