KULR Repays $20M Coinbase Loan with Bitcoin Sales
KULR Technology Group, Inc., a company listed on the NYSE as KULR, has made significant moves in its treasury management operations. Between July 9 and July 23, 2026, the company sold approximately 333 Bitcoin (BTC) at a weighted average price of about $64,538 per BTC.
This sale generated roughly $21.5 million in gross proceeds, which KULR used to fully repay its $20.0 million credit facility with Coinbase Credit, Inc. This means that no principal amount remains outstanding under the credit facility, and accrued interest is expected to be paid in August 2026.
As a result of repaying the credit facility, KULR expects to have approximately 565.00 BTC pledged as collateral released back to the company. The company currently holds about 760 BTC, demonstrating its continued exposure to Bitcoin without associated loan collateral risk.
