KULR Technology Group has successfully repaid its $20 million credit facility with Coinbase Credit by selling approximately 333 Bitcoin between July 9 and 23, 2026. The sale generated around $21.5 million at an average price of $64,538 per Bitcoin.

This move not only eliminates the principal debt but also frees up 565 Bitcoin previously pledged as collateral, reducing interest costs and liquidation risk for KULR.

The company continues to focus on its core business in battery technology while managing its digital assets to support long-term shareholder value.
