KULR Sells Off Remaining Bitcoin Holdings, Grants RSUs to CFO
KULR Technology Group has completed the sale of its remaining Bitcoin holdings. The company sold approximately 764 Bitcoins through a series of open market transactions between August 20 and Friday, with an average sales price of $76,633 per coin. This resulted in aggregate gross proceeds of roughly $58.6 million.
The company stated that these Bitcoin sales were part of its ongoing treasury management operations. As of the date of the filing, KULR Technology Group no longer holds any Bitcoins.
In other news, the company's board compensation committee approved a grant of 200,000 time-based restricted stock units (RSUs) to Michael Kimel, the company's chief financial officer, under the KULR Technology Group, Inc. 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs will vest in eight equal semi-annual installments over four years.
