KULR Technology Group has sold its remaining Bitcoin holdings, generating approximately $58.6 million in gross proceeds from the sale of 764 BTC. The company had held onto these assets as part of its treasury management operations but has now divested itself entirely of Bitcoin. This move comes after a period of selling between August 20 and September 11, 2026, during which the company's weighted average sales price per BTC was around $76,633.

In a separate development, KULR has granted its Chief Financial Officer, Michael Kimel, 200,000 time-based restricted stock units (RSUs) under the 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents one share of common stock and will vest in eight equal semi-annual installments over four years, starting from December 6, 2026.
