Kulr Technology Group Unloads Bitcoin Holdings, Grants RSUs to CFO

Kulr Technology Group has sold its remaining Bitcoin holdings, netting approximately $58.6 million in gross proceeds.

The sale was conducted between August 20 and September 12, with an average price of around $76,633 per Bitcoin.

The company stated that the sale is part of its ongoing treasury management operations and that it no longer holds any Bitcoin as a result.

Kulr Technology Group's CFO, Michael Kimel, has been granted 200,000 time-based restricted stock units (RSUs) under the KULR Technology Group, Inc. 2025 Equity Incentive Plan.
