LAPTOP Meme Coin Suffers Catastrophic Crash in First Hour
Hunter Biden's new meme coin, LAPTOP, made headlines on Wednesday when it imploded by 98% just 90 minutes after its launch. The token had peaked at $199 but plummeted to an all-time low of $1.36 within the hour.
The sudden drop has left market observers scratching their heads, with some comparing it to the official TRUMP meme coin. LAPTOP still carries a significant market cap of $1.24 billion and a fully diluted valuation of around $3.56 billion despite only having $13.45 million in trading volume since launch.
Hunter Biden had previously tweeted that people suffered from 'PTSD' due to the collapse of previous meme coins affiliated with Donald Trump, Melania, Kanye, Lil Pump, and Andrew Tate. It seems his new coin may also leave traders with a similar condition.
