Lazarus Group Moves $19.4M in Bitcoin Amid Portfolio Reactivation
The North Korea-linked hacking organization Lazarus Group has transferred $19.4 million in Bitcoin after a period of wallet inactivity, according to blockchain intelligence platform Arkham Intelligence.
The transfer involved approximately 244 BTC, valued at around $19.42 million based on the current price near $78,380 per coin.
This movement is a significant portion of the Bitcoin previously held by the wallet associated with Lazarus Group.
Following the transfer, the tracked Lazarus portfolio still controls around $40 million in cryptocurrency, including approximately 267.526 BTC worth over $20.97 million and other assets such as USDT, ETH, and BNB.
