LCK Playoffs: GEN Faces KT, HLE Takes On T1 in Crucial Matchups

The LCK Season Playoffs have entered their second round, and the matchups are starting to take shape. Gen.G, the team that dominated the regular season, will face KT Rolster in Round 2. Hanwha Life Esports, the other top seed, has drawn T1 as its opponent.

The playoffs kicked off on August 29 at CHZZK LoL Park in Seoul, with a best-of-five series between T1 and BNK FearX. The series went the distance, with T1 scraping through 3-2.

The upper bracket is now set, with Gen.G and HLE earning byes directly into the second round as rewards for finishing atop the Legend Group standings.
