Ledger Wallet Still Down for Cosmos Users Four Days After Outage
Cosmos (ATOM) users of Ledger Wallet are still unable to view their balances or transaction history, and cannot send ATOM transactions more than four days after a reported outage. The incident began on September 8 at 19:41 CEST when Ledger listed Cosmos as a major outage.
Ledger's status page continues to list the affected features as unavailable, with no estimated restoration time given. The company has not disclosed the cause of the issue but suggests users may access their ATOM balances and history through alternative interfaces such as Cosmostation or Keplr.
The Cosmos Hub itself had recovered before Ledger Wallet's service path for retrieving account data and sending transactions was restored. QuickNode reported that its nodes returned to the chain tip on September 9, with Cosmos Mainnet processing new blocks by then.
