Ledger Warns Ethereum Users to Update Again Amid Fresh Signing Flaws
Ledger, a hardware wallet maker, is urging its Ethereum app users to update again after discovering two signing flaws in its previous security release.
The company published Ethereum app version 1.22.3 on August 25, closing vulnerabilities that could hide operations from a device review or authorize a token approval instead of an expected payment.
Ledger's security team said it had found no evidence of exploitation in the wild and emphasized that reproducing an already-patched flaw does not amount to 'hacking Ledger.'
