Lee Stakes Another $278M in Ethereum Amid Crypto Market Concerns
Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat, has continued to stake Ethereum (ETH) as part of his strategy to maximize ETH per share. In a recent move, he staked an additional 150,120 ETH worth $278 million three hours ago.
This brings the cumulative total of staked holdings to 5,067,309 ETH, valued at $9.38 billion and representing 87.4% of Bitmine's treasury. Lee has been following a long-running strategy that aims to maximize ETH per share.
According to price action on the 4-hour chart, Ethereum is trading inside its Bollinger Bands with upper resistance at $1,889.41. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) reads 44.65, suggesting a probable retracement toward the EMA50 support at $1,878.46.
This level has acted as dynamic resistance in the past six months but now flips to support amid shifting price prediction scenarios and lingering concerns about the crypto market crash that could impact AI industry yields on staking.
