Bank Leumi, Israel's largest bank, plans to introduce cryptocurrency trading for its customers through its PEPPER digital banking unit by early 2027. The service will allow customers to trade Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana.

The bank has partnered with Galaxy to provide the necessary infrastructure for trading and custody services. This partnership enables Leumi to offer crypto trading without developing its own systems.

According to Maya Ravia, 'We are constantly working to expand the range of advanced financial services that the bank offers its customers.'
