Lido DAO Launches Framework for Standardizing Ethereum Validator Operations

Lido DAO is funding the development of a framework for Ethereum validator operations called ValOS. The Validator Operations Standard (ValOS) covers areas such as security, key management, incident response, governance, and infrastructure controls.

The framework aims to organize these areas into a common set of principles and controls, allowing validators to document and assess operational risks in a standardized way.

ValOS builds on material produced through the DUCK initiative, which developed resources including a Risk Framework, Mitigation & Controls Library, and Communications Toolkit.
