Lido's LDO token has been on a decline, losing 9% of its value in a single day. This drop comes after the asset closed July with a positive note, posting over 30% gains.

The recent decline raises questions about whether it reflects a structural shift or is simply mirroring the bearish sentiment across the broader crypto market.

According to on-chain inputs examined by AMBCrypto, Lido's falling Total Value Locked (TVL) still points to a bullish base. The protocol's TVL fell by $414 million over the past day, bringing it down to $17.573 billion.

However, the broader outlook remains strong, with dominance remaining stable and the recent dip fitting into the structure seen across the last 30 days. Over this period, the market recorded roughly $3.247 billion in total inflows, translating to an average daily inflow of about $104.74 million.
