Lindell Requests Recount of Minnesota Election Loss
MyPillow founder Mike Lindell has announced that he will pay for a recount of the Minnesota gubernatorial GOP primary, which he lost to Republican candidate Lisa Demuth by an 11-point margin.
Lindell made the announcement on Thursday after losing the election on August 11. He stated that he would request a recount and suggested that he would cover the $825,000 cost for the audit, with potential costs reaching upwards of $1 million.
Despite facing financial difficulties from his previous false claims about voting machine errors in the 2020 presidential election, Lindell claimed that he has a team of investigators examining the results who have already found some 'irregularities.'
