Liquid Network Hack Leaves $320 Million in Bitcoin Losses
A recent hack on the Liquid Network platform has left over $320 million in losses for Bitcoin (BTC) holders. Around 4,000 BTC were stolen from the platform's reserves of 4,200, according to reports.
The perpetrators behind the breach appear to be 'white-hat hackers', but this does not necessarily imply that their intentions are entirely benevolent. The incident marks another in a string of recent attacks targeting digital assets, including a $6 million exploit at a Crypto.com-linked lending platform and an August attack on offline BTC wallet Coldcard.
