Liquid Wallet Recovered with 3,400 BTC, But Holders Still Await Withdrawal Access

Liquid's federation wallet received 3,400 BTC on Sept. 7 following a reserve drain, but withdrawal access and public bridge node status remain uncertain.

The hackers who drained the wallet initially sent most of the funds back to Liquid's address, asking 'is that ok?' in an on-chain message.

Although 3,400 BTC was recovered, it does not establish full L-BTC backing or restored redemption access, with Blockstream listing a public bridge outage the following morning.
