Lululemon Athletica (LULU) shares experienced a notable surge of 4.4% on Friday, reaching an intraday peak of $120.07 as institutional interest in the company grows ahead of its second quarter fiscal 2026 results.

The upward movement coincided with recent regulatory filings revealing new institutional stake-building by firms such as OMERS Administration Corp and Algert Global.

Lululemon's latest quarterly report exceeded analyst expectations, with adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.69 and revenue reaching $2.47 billion, a 4.3% annual increase.

However, the company reported a year-over-year decline in EPS to $1.69 from $2.60 during the comparable quarter twelve months earlier, highlighting operational headwinds facing the business.
