Lummis Warns of Crypto Exodus if CLARITY Act Fails to Pass

Senator Cynthia Lummis is urging swift action on the CLARITY Act to preserve U.S. leadership in digital asset innovation.

The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, or CLARITY Act, aims to establish a clear regulatory framework for digital assets and prevent the U.S. from losing its competitive edge in the crypto industry.

Lummis warns that without the Act, innovation and investment in digital assets may move overseas, impacting U.S. jobs.

The legislation has undergone extensive negotiations, adding over 300 pages at the request of Democrats.
