Taiwanese singer and crypto investor Jeffrey Huang, known as Machi Big Brother, suffered a significant loss of approximately $2.5 million due to two Ethereum long position liquidations overnight.

The liquidations occurred on the blockchain tracking platform Spot On Chain, reflecting the rapid market swings that have characterized recent trading sessions.

Huang's high-leverage trading strategy, which he has continued to employ despite previous losses, left him vulnerable to price fluctuations.

Following the liquidation, Huang reopened an Ethereum long position worth approximately $4.6 million with a leverage ratio of 25x, leaving little room for price movements before risking another liquidation.
