Mantle Price Surges as Exchange Outflows and Network Activity Rise
The price of Mantle has been rising steadily since early August, climbing from $0.39 to $0.576. One reason for this uptrend is the increase in exchange outflows, which have surpassed inflows during this period. This indicates that accumulation outweighed distribution, a bullish sign.
However, it's essential to note that exchange outflows alone do not guarantee higher prices. The market still needs demand to absorb available supply. Nevertheless, if this pattern continues in September, further exchange outflows could support a move toward $0.71 or $0.86. A sustained break above these levels could open the possibility of a retest of $1.
Rising network activity is another factor supporting the price rally. Daily active addresses on Mantle have continued to rise, pointing to increased usage and activity across the network. This growth in network activity provides a broader foundation for the price increase than exchange flows alone.
