MANTRA Chain has restored mainnet block production on v8.4.0 after a security incident halted the chain six days ago.

The project claims user balances and external funds were unaffected, but declined to disclose the addresses of two managed wallets or the amounts involved in the incident.

Despite promising a technical account of the incident, MANTRA has yet to release a postmortem report, leaving the exploitation path unclear, including whether it involved an earlier ICS20 flaw.
