Mara Adds Energy, Data Center Leaders to Board Amid AI Expansion

MARA Holdings Inc., a company involved in Bitcoin mining, has made significant changes to its board of directors as it expands into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure.

The company added two new directors, Craig Hart and Nancy Novak, with experience in power markets and large data center construction. They joined the board on August 1.

Hart brings expertise from his work in the energy sector, while Novak has experience with large-scale data center projects.
