MARA Holdings' Stock Price Sinks Amid Bitcoin-Linked Losses
MARA Holdings (MARA) stock closed at US$10.10 on Thursday, down around 5% for the day and marking a third month of decline that has already taken more than 20% off its share price.
The company's Q2 results showed total revenue of US$174.9m, but also a net loss of US$609.7m, largely due to unrealized fair value hits on digital assets.
Bulls argue that MARA Holdings is evolving into a power-rich AI and high-performance computing infrastructure platform where recurring contracts and low-cost energy matter more than Bitcoin cycles.
