The regulated exchange Markets.com allows traders to trade Ethereum and altcoin CFDs, including ETH, XRP, and DOGE. The platform is operated by Markets South Africa (Pty) Ltd, which is licensed by the FSCA under license no. 46860 and authorized as an Over The Counter Derivatives Provider (ODP). This means that traders can buy and sell these digital assets with a high degree of flexibility.

However, trading CFDs on these assets carries significant risks, including the potential to lose all invested capital. As such, Markets.com advises that only experienced investors should trade in this manner. The Financial Markets Act no. 19 of 2012 governs the OTC derivatives market in South Africa.
