Martinez Sees Dogecoin Rebound Potential After TD Sequential 'Buy' Signal
Leading cryptocurrency analyst Ali Martinez has spotted a potential 'buy' signal on Dogecoin's (CRYPTO: DOGE) chart, suggesting that the memecoin may be due for a rebound. The TD Sequential indicator, which helps traders identify price reversals and exhaustion patterns, has flashed a 'Buy' signal on DOGE's 4-hour chart.
The TD Sequential indicator has shown a strong track record in the past, with the last three buy signals resulting in rebounds of 6.96%, 2.71%, and 11.25%. Martinez believes that if history rhymes, Dogecoin could be setting up for another move higher.
However, not all technical indicators are bullish on DOGE. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator has flashed a 'Sell' signal, while the Bull Bear Power indicator has flashed a 'Buy' signal. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is hovering in neutral territory.
DOGE's price action has been under pressure lately, with the memecoin down 2.01% in the last 24 hours and 3.50% in a week. The Bitwise Dogecoin ETF (NYSE: BWOW) was recently announced to be liquidated and closed.
